Why people are so much interested in dinosaurs ?
James Lovelock is one of the futurologists appreciate the planet. In 1993, he had a very interesting idea, and asked who put it is very legitimate: Why do people care so much about dinosaurs? Only that they are missing 65 million years! Many scientific articles, books, TV shows or movies on the subject of dinosaurs. Let us remember the terrible success of the movie "Jurassic Park" by Steven Spielberg, whose main topic dinosaurs?
Lovelock wonders whether our species collective subconscious received information that our species is nearing the end of his existence on earth. We have not mastered the planet not nearly as much time as dinosaurs, they were far from stupid and slow reptiles that believe. However, they succumbed after 100 million years of leadership, following a natural disaster on a planetary scale, probably due to the impact of a large asteroid. If we expect such a disaster around the corner, the signals will be sent well in advance and will affect many more people than any ordinary tragedy.
We can expect a resurgence of prophetic activity day then at a higher interest to precunoaştere to nightmares about a holocaust of fire fell from heaven. There will probably be more subtle effects such as to shift the population, leaving people instinctively areas directly affected, for others, safe at height. If you want to discover the warning signs of some terrible events that await us all, these things should be pursued. And it's very interesting that indeed prophecies about the end times have increased greatly in recent years. Be it a farce? Hard to believe.
Lovelock, without mystic and without thinking in terms of the above, says that we are fascinated by dinosaurs as a result of detecting the subtle infiltrates the collective subconscious idea that they could share their fate soon. If this idea of detecting unconscious socio-cultural level is correct, we might expect certain things to happen. People will be driven to commit acts subconsciously motivated, strange and unexplained, perhaps even crazy.
